Active Movement Break Week
Last week our school took part in the 'Croke Park movement breaks' as part of the Active Breaks Challenge for 2026. These challenges have been supported by the GAA who, working with the Active School Flag team, have created a set of English and Irish movement break videos to support this initiative, each of which is filmed at a different location around Croke Park.
Our Classes got behind-the-scenes look at where the team buses arrive, inside the players’ dressing rooms and the warm up areas where legends get game ready. They also got to learn interesting facts about Croke Park.
Pupils from all our classes took part in these movement breaks last week and really enjoyed it.
Well done everyone!! Great Job!
