Carol singing Event - Latin Quarter Redcross 07/12/2018
Parents came together and organised a carol singing event on Friday 07th Dec @ Latin Quarter in Redcross. The children alongside Jackie Phipps performed carols outside of the Latin Quarter, they then went for a walk to the housing estate Glenkeen where they performed some songs for the residents and then back to Redcross Village for some more songs. They finished off with some lovely hot chocolate and treats kindly supplied by Jones Pub. A total of €61 was raised. The children had a brilliant night having fun and got into the festive spirit. A thank you to all the parents who helped organise the event, to Jackie for guiding and assisting the children and to the children who took part. There was a great turn out on the night and we thank you for your support!
Well done everyone!

Upcoming School Christmas Performance - Thurs 13th Dec
The Board of Management and staff would like to advise all parents that there will be NO ENTRY FEE to the Christmas play this year for everyone who attends.
As in previous years, we will be holding a raffle on the night to fundraise for the school and we are calling on all parents for donations of small spot prizes or voucher for the raffle. If you know of any business in the area who would be willing to donate a prize, please request a fundraising letter from Mary in the office. We will have posters going out to shops/businesses in the next few days. If you would like a poster to advertise please ask in the office.
Thank you for all your help and support.
