Crazy Hair Day Fundraiser for Múinteoir Eímear Byrne

We are joining in the campaign ''Arklow for Eímear'' where we will be holding a crazy hair day next Friday 22nd May.  All funds raised on the day will be going towards Eimear Byrne a local teacher who desperately needs a lifesaving operation in America.

Fundraising efforts have been happening all over the county in different schools and areas to try to help Eimear reach her goal and together we can help make a difference.

See below info about the campaign for any parents that are not aware of Eimear's campaign.

Eímear Byrne, a dedicated primary school teacher from Arklow, is facing a critical moment in her life. At just 30 years old, she has already endured two open-heart surgeries due to a rare connective tissue disorder. Her journey has been marked by resilience and determination, especially after suffering a severe stroke during her last surgery. Now, she faces an urgent need for a third operation to address three newly discovered aneurysms. This surgery must take place in a specialized hospital in the United States, where the medical team has the expertise to give her the best chance at survival and a full recovery.

The financial burden of this life-saving procedure is overwhelming, and Eímear cannot face it alone. Your support can make a significant difference in her fight for life. Every donation, no matter the size, brings her closer to returning to the classroom and living a fulfilling life. Please consider contributing to help her through this challenging time.

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.
