Scoil San Eoin (Christmas Performance 2025)
Our annual Christmas Performance to end out 2025 was held in Trinity Hall on Thursday 11th December.
Pupils from our junior room kick started the night with their adaptation of the Donkeys Christmas. All of our pupils worked so hard learning their lines and practising so hard for this performance. For some of our pupils, this was their first stage debut and we think they all done brilliantly. Everyone done so well on the night and our audience really enjoyed it. After their performance our pupils performed 2 more Christmas songs with Leslie Dowdall from music generation and again these were both sang so well. We could see on the night how much our weekly music classes are benefiting the children in all classes throughout the school. Well done to each and everyone of our pupils from the Junior room on a brilliant performance and a great opening to the night.
After this was our interval where our parents got to enjoy some hot drinks and festive treats while mingling and getting ready for performance number 2 of the night.
Next up was our pupils from the senior room with Big Bad Ben. Again these group have worked very hard and learned so many lines for their parts in this play. Members of the audience on the night might have gotton a small shower when Ben made his way around the hall. There was lots of laughter at the jokes throughout the performance on the night. After their Big Bad Ben performance, next up was some more music with Leslie and pupils performed both songs beautifully. Everyone done an excellent job on the night and it was a great end to the show. Well done to everyone, we are very proud of you all.
To close out the night, we had our final fundraising raffle of the year and there were so many beautiful hampers on the night up for grabs. There were lots of winners and we hope that you are all happy with your prizes.
Each year we are extremely lucky that local businesses continue to support us with donating prizes to our raffle. Thank you to all of these businesses, without you all we would not be able to hold our fundraising raffle each year. A full list of businesses who have so generously given prizes will be published in the coming days.
Thats our Christmas Performance 2025 finished and we hope that everyone present on the night enjoyed it.
